not accept returns because you don't like the product
or that it is not working for you or any other reasons,

DAMAGED GOODS/LOST STOLEN PARCELS:
If a product is ordered and damaged in the shipping process, the broken product must be shipped back to us with all contents left inside. After receiving the broken product we will be happy to send out a new one.
WE WILL NOT REIMBURSE A DAMAGED PRODUCT UNTIL
we receive your damaged product(s) sent within 7 days from the day received, once we receive your damaged goods we will proceed with the request to replace the damaged good (no cash refund) - shipping charge not refundable. PLEASE CONSIDER THIS BEFORE ORDERING. Thanks so much.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen parcels!
If this happens a claim form will have to be filed with postal services. It is up to the Postal Service's own discretion to reimburse you or not we are not liable for lost or stolen items so we will not refund or replace at our end .... It is up to Postal Services to deliver your parcel safely to you and responsibility to refund the item lost. It takes 3-4 weeks for the post office to investigate the missing parcel and process your refund claim. Please note that no refunds will be issued for lost parcel for a wrong shipping address given by you.
We will not be responsible for the payment of any
customs duties under any circumstances.
When ordering from us you agree to pay any import duties which may be imposed by your country's government. If you refuse to pay any import duties and thereby prevent delivery of your order, you will remain liable for the purchase price of the product and you will be charged the full purchase price of the order and the shipping price together with any shipping amount incurred in the return of the goods to us and any customs duty or penalty imposed by your government.
