I would wash my face and neck with a mild soap before applying Natural Collagen Q 5-26 onto my moist face. I rubbed it in to distribute evenly. After leaving it on for 5 to 8 minutes, I felt a slight tautening of the skin, which is normal. General comments: I have to say, that as a woman fighting acne for the last 16 YEARS, it has really been an emotional roller-coaster.
