VITAMIN A  AND  SKIN  CARE

Nothing Can Stop Aging Process!
By Jerzy George

Many people are under the false impression that vitamin A only helps to make teeth and bones strong. While this is certainly true, this vitamin also serves another important purpose: it strengthens skin.

If strengthening your skin sounds like a strange concept, you may not know about collagen. You see, your body contains a natural percentage of collagen that begins to wear away with age. The only way to prevent collagen from leaving your body is to treat your skin properly. This includes proper skin care and the right health and beauty advice.

How does vitamin A help the skin? Vitamin A actually helps to keep away those things that can damage skin. This vitamin prevents wrinkles, helps to ward off infection, and keeps skin looking younger. As you can see, this vitamin is truly powerful. But, where do you get vitamin A from? Aside from great calcium sources such as milk, cheese, and other dairy products, vitamin A can also be found in lots of veggies and fruits.

One of the best vegetables to eat in order to gain vitamin A is carrots. In fact, any vegetables that are deep green or orange in color tend to have lots of vitamin A. These foods contain lots of carotene, which is a great way to get lots of vitamin A. Of course, too much of a good thing is never smart either, so be careful as to how much vitamin A you consume.

Eating too much vitamin A can have harmful effects, but most people never come close to this point. Aside from consuming veggies with lots of vitamin A, think about adding it to your skin care routine as well. How? Skin care products that contain natural vitamin A are absorbed through the skin quickly. As soon as your skin absorbs these products, it will respond with a natural glow.

You can purchase all of the skin care products in the world, but if they don’t contain the right ingredients they are just expensive formulas in pretty bottles. Instead of falling prey to high prices and no content, consider purchasing skin care products that are full of the things your skin really needs. Natural products that include lots of vitamins are the best way to care for your skin.

It may seem silly to consume lots of vitamins in order to keep your skin looking great. The thing that most people don’t think about is that your skin is a direct reflection of the things that you eat, and it’s also a direct reflection of the products that you use. Take care of your skin – this can’t be stressed enough – if you want to look your best all through your life.

Nothing can stop the process of aging. However, learning about the right vitamins and nutrients for your skin is a great way to slow it down to a slow murmur. Skin should be hydrated, healthy, and glowing at all times – is your skin healthy? If not, you may want to think about finding some skin care products with vitamin A in them. The sooner you learn to combine helpful vitamins, the better off your body and skin will be.
